Here's my Koigu, Wool Peddlars Shawl from the book, Folk Shawls. I started and finished it last spring, but just never got around to the photos till now. The details are on
Ravelry. I definitely want to use the Koigu again, I find it just such springy, pleasurable yarn to knit with.

I learned a lot doing this shawl, it being my most ambitious project to date. The most important piece of advice I could give? Use a couple of life lines if you're a beginner at lace like myself!
Next time I would like to go for a semi solid colour, and a rectangular shawl.

I love that shawl! So pretty.
How pretty. I'll have to check out that yarn you used.
Oh ! this is spectacular, what beautiful colours. Tahat lace work is beutiful, but looks ver complicated. I'd love to have a go at something like this but I'm not sure my knitting skills are up to it.
Great job! I personally love the color!
What gorgeous colors...it looks like a watercolor!
It's always wonderful to get a room organized or changed around, looks like you are doing well! I love all of your beautiful work, the colors you choose are so vibrant. I can't wait to see the granny afghan finished! blessings, Kathleen
